Warsurge is a great ruleset. It really allows you to take your wargaming experience to the next level. 

You can design your army literally from scratch: using their APP you can create your units, customizing their characteristics, adding "perks", i.e. special abilities, to them, and finally equip them with the weapons you can "forge" at your will. The app then assigns a point to your unit, based on your choices, and you're done! The army you always dreamt about to play, is tabletop-ready for the showdown with your friends.

In the manual you can find not one, not two, but THREE different game modes. You can play more traditionally, like "I-go-you-go", or using a more dynamic "command point" system. There are also rules to play from TWO up to SEVEN (or even MORE!) players, including many different scenario set-ups and many different kind of objectives. There also are rules for campaigns, both linear, story-driven or with map and resources management.

All of this, with one goal: "use anything, fight everything". In Warsurge many universes collide, and so there is no limitation on the models you can use to play your games. You are encouraged to create custom army rosters from miniature set coming from different games and settings, and then let them fight on the table.

The Warsurge APP lets you export your roster to PDF, to use it during your games as a reference. Even if I love the game overall, I always thought the this export could benefit with a little improvement... So I made up my custom one. :)

In the download, you will find a PDF with forms to create an army of 10 units. 

You will be able to add all the statistics needed to play, with the forms already set to manage simple text input and drop down menus. You will also be able to add a picture of your unit, both for reference and fun. For each unit, you will be able to add up to three weapon profiles, with space for adding perks details. And you will also have space to add unit perks.

You will also find a scheme to keep track of your CP use during advanced games: starting from the one shared by the Italian translator, VEA Editori, where you can find the original iItalian version I made for them. In this English version I made some changes and upgrades.

This PDF, together with the Warsurge manual and APP, really completes my gaming experience. And I hope it will do so also with you.
